This year the purveyor of the gospel of Elvis Presley and Chicano power brings a celebratory performance that pays homage to his 15 years as the Moroccan Elvis on the 25th anniversary of the death of The King. The 15th-year theme also explores the Quincereras- the coming-of-age party for teenage Mexican girls.
