African dance to Shostakovich, German Tanztheater executed by eight men of color - we are proud to present the West Coast premiere of Le Coq est. Mort. This work is choreographed by Suzanne Linke and examines African civilization and Western Society; loss of innocent, and mankind’s alienation from nature, earth, and water as an analogy for alienation from own physicality.
